Pat McGrath makeup glitter eyeshadow ?

Okay so I just bought this beautiful palette and it has some of the most beautiful glittery eyeshadows that I’ve been using but I recently came across a news article about a woman who lost her eye because of the glitter eyeshadow that teared her cornea 😩 I get anxiety real quick so now idk if I want to keep wearing it 🙁 but has anyone had any problems with glittery eyeshadow?
