How often does your child have tantrums? Or crying fits? 
How old is your child?

At least one crying fit a day (wanting to reconnect or co-regulate), but tantrums (crying over frustration or anger) are rare. One month from turning two

My son is 3.5 and has a crying fit maybe once a week. Not often really. Rarely a tantrum. We are having more pouting lately.

My son never threw a tantrum until this year. He’s 3 and a half and he is also autistic. It’s almost at least once daily. Not completely a full on meltdown, he usually just cries, and says “I’m so mad, mama.” and we usually talk it through. I recommend Daniel Tiger. I think there are a few episodes that help teach kids to deal with anger. 😊

Normally twice a week maybe? But now that I’m almost due with baby #2, they’ve been everyday the last 3 days. I really recommend the book “How to Talk so Kids Will Listen and Listen so Kids Will Talk.” She’s 2.5 years

Depends on the day. Yesterday we started the day with a tantrum and it was like that all day pretty much. So far today he hasn’t had a tantrum. He’ll be 3 next month.

My oldest is 2.5, never has tantrums. I can only really think of 1 time she had a meltdown (our fault, we took her shopping while she was tired and overstimulated and we were stressed). She does cry quite a bit though, at least once a day.

My 5 year old has never really had a tantrum. He does occasionally cry a little when he has to clean his room, maybe once a week. 
My 3 year old has also never had a tantrum. He doesn't have crying fits about not getting what he wants either. But he has autism and is extremely sensitive to noise. When little brother is having a tantrum, it can cause my 3 year old to go into a full blown meltdown where he bangs his head on the floor once while he covers his ears. Happens once or twice a week. Again, it's a meltdown not a tantrum or crying fit because he can't really control it and it isn't because he isn't getting what he wants. 
My 21 m/o? He has somehow acquired all the tantrums my other two never threw. He has mild to moderate tantrums and crying fits several times a day. It's probably at least 3 times a day. He's very theatrical, no matter his mood. Whether he is happy or he is pissed, you will know. Those are his only two moods. He has no neutral 🤣

Crying fits depend on the day. Sometimes she cries a lot and others not so much. My daughter has never had a tantrum. She’s 16m.

My 2 and 3 year old multiple times a day, my 4 year old maybe once every 2 weeks? But when he was 2-3 he was having them multiple times a day aswell. In my house I call it the "testing the waters" phase, mine will have tantrums over not getting a biscuit they've decided they want for breakfast instead of actual breakfast and when I tell them "no, you can wait until after dinner" all hell breaks loose but if I caved in to their tantrums they'd walk all over me
