Should I shop at target or walmart for my hospital bag?

I would always choose target over Walmart. If nothing else, it’s a far more pleasant shopping experience. I would also suggest that you actually need to bring very few items. I way overpacked. Next baby we have I will bring the following: chapstick, long charging cable, phone, ipad, toiletries, pillow, blanket, going home outfit for myself and baby. That’s it. My hospital provided everything else I needed. I mostly lived in the mesh undies they had and a nursing bra. Baby was in their diapers, shirts and swaddles. Make it easy on yourself :)

I'd say wherever has the best deal for what you are looking for. I also over packed for my first. For my second I packed a NB size outfit and a 0-3M outfit just in case. A change of clothes for me, a couple diapers and some wipes, a couple depends, a couple snacks and I think that's it. I was able to leave the hospital a few hours after my second was born so I didn't really need any Toiletries, I just used the shower gel the hospital had for my body shower after

Either! They both have toiletries, phone chargers, chapstick, baby nail files, etc. I love target so I always go there.
