Quitting soda withdrawals?

Anyone quit soda and experience withdrawals? How soon did it start and how long did they last? Also what are the symptoms with soda withdrawals?

Maybe get a soda stream. I juice a lemon with the fizzy water and it’s delightful. My husband does it too but adds a bit of stevia for sweetener cuz he likes things sweeter.

At first I asked my bf to share a can with me and would only have about 1/3 to 1/2 maybe but now I just take a sip when I want it but I know it’s bad for baby so it makes it easier to not.

Hmmmm. No. I switched to zero calorie sweetened sparkling waters😍. Then unsweetened sparkling waters. For me popping open a can of soda was like drinking a beer for some people… it relaxes me. Now i seldom drink them. I also carried zero calorie lemonade packs in my purse so when out i would get water instead of soda and add that.
