Tiny white patches above vaginal opening

Hey guys. A couple weeks ago I noticed some tiny white patches between the urethra and vaginal opening, they haven’t been painful or bothered me in any way so I left them alone. But today further up right at the top of the inside of my labia minora kind of where it folds (if that makes sense) has become a little white and is sensitive, it’s not painful until I wipe myself. I’ve booked a doctors appointment but it’s almost two weeks away and I’m freaking out and full of anxiety. So if anyone has experienced this before or knows what it could be please let me know

I understand it’s impossible to know fully without seeing a doctor but any help or advice is welcome
