What are these symptoms? Help 🥴

I didn’t track ovulation this month because I wanted to give myself a break.. well now I’m regretting it because it’s only stressed me out more. Glow said I ovulated on March 24 and Flo app predicted March 25. I had Ewcm, full boobs, cramps, etc. a week before my expected fertile week and during it. Nothing a week after except my boobs were still full but not sore at all which is unusual for me. They usually hurt right after ovulation until the start of my period. Around 5 or 6dpo (different because the apps were different) I had red spotting and period like cramping for 2 days. The spotting was gone after one wipe and never returned. Took a test at 10/12dpo which was negative. Period is due tomorrow or Wednesday. Today is CD33 for me, I have longer cycles.

What I experienced yesterday is what’s really confusing me.

Nausea

No appetite

Sharp, lightning like pelvic pain

Pain radiating down my thighs

Bad back and hip pain

Headache

High, soft CP

Loads of cloudy, watery EWCM (but for like 3 weeks now)

Had to ask my mom to keep my son for a few hours so I could take a nap and rest. I’m so confused, could I have ovulated this late? And would it be THAT painful? I’ve never experienced anything period related like that before. Had an ectopic pregnancy 7 months ago that had similar pains but it was consistent and only one sided. The pain yesterday was everywhere in my pelvic region. I’m completely fine today other than still no appetite and a sore back.
