How do I know if my milk has dried up?

I'm 10 days post partum. on day 5 my breast felt really hard and heavy. today they feel soft again. does that mean my milk has dried up? I've been wearing tight sports bras and showering with colder water to prevent milk from coming in and so far its working just curious if this means I'm all dried up ?

I would stop wearing tight bras. That’s putting you at higher risk for clogged ducts and mastitis. No IBCLC will advise doing this. 
And it can take weeks for supply to dry up. Peppermint essential oil and Sudafed will help.

It took about 15 weeks for my breasts to dry up. Try cold cabbage leaves! That helps in some cases. I also wore a tight sports bra but my breasts could still breathe.
