Finding someone who really cares and isn't a typical jerk is impossible. Don't think I'll ever get the chance to experience motherhood and true love. I'm over this. Any advice?

Think about how many guys you've written off before for whatever reason.  I think we look for someone "perfect" and ignore their major flaws, while at the same time writing off a great guy because he doesn't have the best job, or isn't as tall as we look for.  Maybe that was just my experience, but I knew my husband for over ten years before we started dating, and there was always a dumb reason not to give him a chance.

Definitely stop looking. My love was a friend of mine for years and he came back into my life and is going to be the father of our beautiful daughter come February:)
