How to answer this guy asking me if i would cuff him?

first of all… no i wouldnt. we have a little situationship that started again. we have only talked since he’s stationed on the other side of the country. i don’t know how to answer it??? like i don’t want to be mean and just say no but i would be open to it when he’s home maybe?? i just need a cute way to answer him that isn’t a no but isn’t a yes if you know what I mean 😭
