I feel so lost

My heart hurts and I feel like I’m failing my baby boy. He has reflux and on omeprazole, formula fed and we struggle with feedings every day, he will only nap on me and if I lay him down he wakes up. I start back to work Monday working from home and trying to juggle caring for him too. He will be 3 months old on Monday as well. Everyone keeps saying “it gets easier” but I feel like it just keeps getting worse. I just don’t know what to do to anymore 😭
