How can I grow my boobs?

I’ve done so much research on growing my boobs. I don’t want the biggest boobs town but I’d like my bra to at least be filled & to have more shape. I’ve been working out my chest more but will that really give me the boobs I want? I heard that it’s nearly impossible to increase your breast size. Has anyone ever increased their boob size? Pls give tips

Boob size are genetic. Gaining weight can have effect on boobs at times. Getting a boob job can also help achieve the look that you want. Breastfeeding can effect the size of your boobs.

Only pregnancy made my boobs grow. I used to be a small B cup. When i got pregnant i went from C cup to D cup. I finnally had the boobs i wanted. They were perfect and since im petite i didnt show til way later, so it looked like i just had really nice boobs. UNTIL i gave birth & i started breastfeeding. Then they went to DD, too big for my petite body. Then after i stopped breastfeeding my boobs shrunk back and now sag a bit. And i wear a C cup, with saggy boobs. So i say just try to accept and be happy with what you have. And if you really want to you can always get a boob job, tho there are risks.

Other than that, I can’t help you aside from a breast augmentation which others have actually gotten sick from them and had them removed. Working out I’ve heard can actually decrease your breast size.

Try Fenugreek and olive oil. Rub it on every for about 10mins in a circular motion. Don’t expect the results over night... It will take time, but be consistent. keep at it, work out the chest as well... you won’t get double ds but they will grow little by little over time. I’m doing this myself. And they are slightly lifted. Try it. Or not, it’s your Body 👍

Exercising will give you shape/make them perkier, but it will most likely shrink your boobs as well. Honestly the only ways are surgery, hormone changes (birth control, pregnancy, and sometimes the hormone fluctuation from your teens-20s can make them bigger), breastfeeding, or weight gain.

Working your pecs will MAYBE make then appear mote perky, but maybe not. Gaining weight could also MAYBE make them bigger if your body will genetically store fat there. The pill tends to make breasts swell by half a size to a size. Breast augmentation is always an option. But i wouldnt do surgery unless it really REALLY bothers you. And also, if youre younger than like 21, they could still grow a bit.

How old are you? Growing up I was barely a B cup and everyone told me you stop growing around 16/17 years old, I’m 22 and I’m a C now. Honestly I think they grew because I gained weight. Pregnancy and breastfeeding really didn’t make a noticeable difference and my birth control didn’t change anything either. If you don’t want to consider surgery, keep working out your chest, wear a push up bra, and maybe learn to contour your chest. Ultimately it’s best to learn to be comfortable in your own skin. I was uncomfortable with my body in high school, I was jealous of other girls but I felt much better about myself once I learned to accept it.
