pap results abnormal

So i had a yeast infection while getting a pap smear and it came back with low squamous lesions. could that be from the yeast infection or from Bv? I also have cell abnormalities but it says online that can be caused by infections such as yeast. Im so paranoid when it says it could be pre cancer or HPV… i haven’t had anything weird going on down there but have been with a few people. My Dr never contacted me ever since so im taking it as it shouldn’t be that serious but i don’t know??? im freaking out
