Piles(haemorroids) at 32 weeks :(
I don't have constipation, I rarely do, and for some reason I developed piles yesterday, feels like a small pimple near the anus, but I don't know how to deal with it, isn't there anything topical that i can use that can help with constricting the blood vessels down there??
