Does anyone have any idea what’s going on

So yesterday I woke up with what an urgent care doctor said was a uti. I started meds but woke up this morning with my cooch feeling itchy and swollen. Is this normal? I know have discharge that’s white and kind of chunky. I called urgent care but they said too just continue medication. What can I do too stop this? I’m in so much pain, I have really bad cramps and am just so uncomfortable
