Please help

I’m starting my weight loss journey(again🤣) tomorrow and I need some advise. The problem is i start to bulk up like right off the bat when I’m losing weight. It makes me look very manly and I hate it. It doesn’t help that I have really broad shoulders. I have pcos and my testosterone level is off the charts so maybe that’s why? Does anyone know how to not bulk up? Or at least not like right away? I just wanna look good and feel feminine for once. I’ll add a pic for reference on what I mean by bulk up

* I don’t do any kind of weight lifting
