I’m scared

I was just getting up from laying down with my newborn and as soon as I got up I felt something coming out I went to that bathroom and saw a lot of blood with a Club of blood with what looks to be my stitches! Is this normal! I’m scared this has never happened to me before. I’m only 1 week postpartum.

The first day I had a lot of bleeding after the second day it was just a Little bit now it’s picking up again.
