Ok, so I feel like I should know this but..... Anyway.
Does any one count the end of period spotting as still your period? Or do you say it ended when it doesn't need a tampon or pad. My flow stops being "normal" after like 5 days but then I spot and need a panty liner for like maybe 2/3 days after. 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🩸
