Abs and toning up exercises
Are there any gym crazies on this app ? I need someone who always in the gym literally
I’m kind of confused on what exercises I need to focus on more when trying to lose belly fat and toning up my body , getting my legs stronger and being more active .
Do I need to cut out fast food , burgers fries pizza ? Those . Snacks ?
Any drink not recommended when trying to lose belly fat ? .. anything ?
