NO Ultrasound...WHAT'S THE DEAL

hpt and Dr. preggo test both positive. Staying I'm pregnant on the 14th and 15th. But didn't see anything on the ultrasound. The only symptoms I'm having is feeling exhausted. Has gone thru 5his or going thru this?
