Menstrul cups and working out
Ive posted this on period talk but I figured I’d ask people who are really active and work out. I’ve never used a menstrual cup before and with so many options out there idk where to start. Those who use them or the discs what do you prefer? I’ve never given birth and I work out often. I also have a really heavy flow that normally requires a super plus tampon every 2ish hours sometimes less.
