Why am I getting this on my hand ?

It’s itch every night

How can I get rid of it ? What cause of this ?

Looks like eczema I get it all the time now that I’m pregnant it started acting up again I use black Africa soap to wash it and then unscented lotion to keep it moisturize make sure you keep your hands dry after washing them because that causes irritation. Hope this helps. ￼￼￼￼
