Trying for so long

We have been trying to get pregnant since 2020. I was diagnosed with being “sub fertile”. I have one blocked Fallopian tube. I ovulate and have regular periods. My husbands semen analysis came back normal. I’m in my early 30s and It’s just so hard seeing my friends become pregnant. I feel bad for my husband he didn’t sign up for this. Yesterday I got my period. As I was crying in the shower I told God I am giving up, it is completely out of my hands. I will no longer torture myself.
