Anyone know of any senior living houses for sale in northern va area?

Particularly no more than $250k - it’ll be for my estranged dad. My mom and him are getting a divorce because he’s an alcoholic. They currently live in a huge house with lots of land and he won’t be able to take care of that by himself especially since his health is declining. I would like to get him into a place where someone can come and check on him from time to time, but walking distance to places so he won’t have to drive. He’s also a retired military veteran so I’m not sure if that’ll help get him to qualify for something…if you know of any resources that will help please send them my way!
