What’s next?

So I have had some testing done so far. Blood work that confirmed I’m ovulating as well as a trans vaginal ultrasound. I have had an Hsg and that came back normal as well. My husbands tests have all been normal as well. We have been trying for 1 year and 9 months. After my hsg my doctor didn’t really say what’s next, she just said the Hsg can increase our chances of conceiving for a few months after. I’m getting so impatient just waiting month by month for the next step
