Thought or help please

The nurses line is down and no doctor!!

I was prescribed provera pill form. I just started Aunt Flo today and I’m having really bad cramping. Should I take the pills today or do I wait for the next time I miss…?

I’m so confused about this and wish there was a nurses line open!!

I have a wedding to go to Saturday and really don’t want to keep bleeding I’m hoping if I take the pill it will stop my flo on sat!!!
