Period late.

Hey ladies so my period date was yesterday. I usually get it the day before its due. I have a 28 day cycle usually clockwork. My breast are sore like as if i will get my period. I did have menstrual cramping more mild this cycle usually its bad and i get it about two weeks before af comes. This time im just getting very mild crampings that come and go hardly noticeable. Should i take a test? Im afraid its going to be negative 😣
