A little shaken up

So I have been going to therapy to work thru some issues and I asked her what is a normal amount of times a couple has sex and she told me 3-4 times a week.

That shook me up and I nearly cried. My husband and I only have sex maybe once a week. Maybe 3-4 times a MONTH. I wish he would initiate more so we could have it more often but I dk why it made me very upset to hear that. My husband and I have had some issues and I thought we were getting better and I thought it was normal after kids to just have sex once a week. Does anyone have anything supportive to say? I would appreciate it. Positive vibes only please.
