Day 39 of period

Hi there. I am at the second period after miscarriage. First period after was bang on time but this one is 5 days late.. I should add I had covid during this period. We didn’t really ttc during this time so I have no idea if I ovulated or not..

Any experience of delayed period after covid? I thought maybe the miscarriage but my first period after was on time so I am at loss here.

I have literally spots everywhere so clearly hormones are all over the place.
