Please someone answer me

my period is late by two days. I took a test yesterday morning and it was negative. I usually know when im ovulating but this month I believe that I ovulated late. I don’t feel any PMS symptoms besides hot flashes and moodiness. I usually get tender breasts but they aren’t right now which has me worried. I do feel my uterus is extremely swollen and hard though. im also always regular so idk what’s happening :( please help me.
