(PLS HELP) Very HOT, large rash on cheeks

Guys, idk if anyone here can help... but I'm at a loss and my drs aren't helping 😭

I keep getting these rashes on my cheeks out of nowhere. They're very hot (~104.3F). Very reddish-purple. My face will feel a little tight when it's really flaring up.

I have my ideas on it. My drs just keep dismissing it and me... and like... I literally am trying to not cry over this while typing this out.😂😅 I just want help.

It's so uncomfortable and hot... ice packs help me feel a little better, but they don't actually help. I just have to wait it out. It can last half an hour up to 12 hours... (NOTE: I do not have a fever during these flare-ups. Highest I've clocked my temp at this stage is 99.0F).

Any ideas you have of what it may be, or what I can do will be beyond greatly appreciated. I've been so sick lately and it's just one thing after another... It's getting hard to stay positive. Anything at this point may help me... Maybe even just words of encouragement or something. I feel like I'm getting close to rock bottom with my health and am having a very hard time.
