I had a C-section three weeks ago and I noticed lastly that I guess a stitch or something was coming out it was a white so my doctor took it out just now and I forgot to ask him will the little hole close? And do I have to put something on it?

I had this on my left side of my scar , it healed up fine just a little more prominent then the rest of my scar
