Can I report a restaurant to health department for this?
So I ordered a dumpling dish from a middle eastern restaurant, it’s called kebbah laban the dish is basically dumpling like things stuffed with meat places inside a soup I know that the actual dumpling is frozen before getting cooked and then placed inside the soup.
It had 5 dumplings in it but one of it was super hard and the others were soft (which I guess means cooked). Now I’m paranoid about food poising since that one dumpling was hard (meaning frozen?) and it was quite costly which is why I’m also pissed. Can I call the health department and tell them. Or should I just continue to eat the soup and the other cooked dumplings since I removed the possibly uncooked one?
