I honestly didn't have severe pain with my ectopic, but some cramps on and off, also bleeding. I was almost 6 weeks and had my right tube removed.

I’m currently undergoing treatment for an ectopic (methotrexate) and have not experienced a lot of cramping. Mine was caught relatively early and we started treatment right away, so pain hasn’t been much of an issue. I’ve had some random stabby like pains, but nothing constant.
