Does it bleed easily? I had something like this when I was pregnant. It was called a granuloma. Basically like a raised bump full of blood vessels. It’s definitely a hormonal thing but I’m sure could come with aging. I covered it in salt overnight for a couple of days and it dried out and fell off. (Much better option than lancing).

Huge blackhead thats been left unattended. Could be extracted by a dermatologist. If it is a blackhead its nothing to worry about. It may be causing some discomfort based on the size of it but is harmless
