First response gold digital

Ok so yesterday evening I took a first response gold digital test, waiting for what felt like 3 hours for that darn blinky clock to turn into an answer. It said Yes+. I was extremely excited and made sure to tell my husband before our company came over so I wasn't asked why I wasn't participating in the usual shenanigans (wine drinking lol). I didn't want to get too excited because our last pregnancy 2 years ago ended in a very early miscarriage. The next morning I took a clear blue digital with weeks estimator and it said "not pregnant" my question is how accurate was my positive and what are your opinions? I've attached a picture. Thank you for your help. I have been stressing myself out today thinking I had a false positive. Blah why does ttc have to be so nerve racking.
