In triage due to severe heartburn and reflux - 32 weeks

I was in triage twice over the weekend because of extremely painful heartburn and nausea that I couldn't even keep water or food down for 18+ hours. It most likely looked like gastritis but my feeling of nausea hasn't gone yet and (sorry TMI) my bowel appears to be pale yellow now. Could this be something else like related to liver or maybe just because I've been taking very bland food like lentil soups? I don't have itching or abdomen pain that is usually associated with liver problems but just scared that my digestive system is totally messed up in third trimester. I was sent home with pantoprazole and ondasetron tablets with a diagnosis of gastritis. Anyone has experience to share?
