Why am I bleeding after sex?

Two days ago I noticed I was spotting. My boyfriend and I had sex earlier that day. Obviously I went to google. It said possible irritation. I didn’t think much more than that. Last night and today my boyfriend and I had sex again. Condoms we’re used as always, this time though, my body was lubricating as well. We went along with it as normal since he had lubed condoms. Today, the bleeding is much worse and it kind of hurts. I looked in the toilet and it was full of light pink blood. Could this still just be irritation? Or should I worry more about it?
