Rosacea after giving birth!

Literally right after delivering my baby an hour later my face broke out with rosacea. I’m 4 months postpartum and I still have it everyday, I’ve never had this before and it’s making my face so dry which before this my face was naturally oily. Idk what to do 😭 i stopped wearing makeup i moisturize everyday but why all of sudden did this start happening!? Is it hormonal? I look like a red oatmeal cookie.
