First ultrasound

Hi I am 7 weeks 4 days, and tomorrow I have my first ultrasound at 7 weeks 5 days. I am nervous and worried that something is wrong even though I have only had normal symptoms of pregnancy and no signs that there is anything wrong. First time mom jitters I think. I was wondering what takes place during your first ob appointment while pregnant? And what the ultrasound will most likely look like if everything is normal.
