Twins?

I got a positive pregancy test really early 3 weeks and 6 days. Is it possible I’m carrying twins or can you also find out that early with a singleton? LMP was March 20th, confirmed ovulation on April 7th, first vvvfl positive test was April 16th. Thanks in advance!

Only an ultrasound will show twins. Some people have higher HCG then others which causes the earlier tests

I didn’t find out until I was 5 weeks, my HCG was a little higher than singleton but not enough that I ever thought twins until the ultrasound revealed them lol

No I tested positive at 10dpo aka 3 weeks 6 days and only had one

First pregnancy was one and I found out 10 dpo (3w3d)
This pregnancy I found out at 11 dpo (3w4d).. but haven’t confirmed yet since I haven’t had my ultrasound.

I got a positive test at 3w2d and there’s just one. Most women will have a solid positive at 3w6d. It’s not indicative of twins at all.
