Unstitched tearing?

I delivered my baby in the middle of February. At the time, I was told I have zero tearing. Well, I saw a couple weeks later, I in fact did tear during delivery and was never stitched. Has anyone ever had this happen before? What did you do about it?? I’m so upset and distraught over this. 😭😭😭

Edit: It was a perineum tear. Usually the labia majora are joined together at the bottom with a nice “swoop” of skin, it’s just a “V” shape now. I feel some weird internal tearing at the bottom of that, it feels like little soft nubs just right inside the opening where I tore. I have no clue what degree it would be, but am so upset that this wasn’t fixed at all. There’s at least a half inch or more of tearing.
