False positive ?

So I woke up feeling really bad today super dizzy to the point that I actually feel down and no idea why I was feeling bad so I went ahead and took a test thinking nothing would show up because I just had my period and I’m not supposed to ovulate for another 3 days but I got what seems to me a positive but This is the CVS brand and I do know that they have giving false positives it’s just the math of my period ovulation and conception does not add up and I don’t know if you can tell in the picture but in person the lines have ink they’re blue they’re not gray you can see the color
