Surgical abortion didn’t work?

I went in on Friday for a surgical abortion and I just got notice that my beta level went from 2000 on Friday to 3140 on Monday. They couldn’t see a yolk sac when they did the procedure so now the thought is I’ve either got an ectopic pregnancy or a failed abortion procedure. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m going in for a slew of tests with my drs office tomorrow to try to make sense of it all and see what next steps are but I’m so angry and frustrated.
