Hotel health department
i booked a room for a stay i read reviews and this is a Wyndham hotel so it’s pretty good: i didn’t get to Lysol or change sheets because we got in at midnight and I carried all 3 kids in the room on my own.. my daughter woke up and there was bugs crawling on her and the blankets, housekeeping came just as we seen them and I notified them and it wasn’t a single apology just blaming on other staff. I noticed the bed sheets had cigarette and blankets burns too. The elevator had piss in it! Ugh so frustrating.. As I checked her body to look for bite marks, around her chest and arms was red with little circles. With all the proof I had and all, They told me they cant refund me until pest control comes and test the bugs and it’s been two weeks now no call or etc and obviously there not going to refund me but it’s disgusting that they don’t clean properly. Can I call the health department for this? I know I can dispute the transaction but this is just nasty.
