Pregnant by a guy in a relationship

So the guy I was hooking up with a few months broke it off a few weeks ago didn’t say anything just blocked me which is fine whatever we weren’t serious. We didn’t have each other on social media or anything so I didn’t know what was happening in his life and same with him on my life. But a few days ago I found out I’m pregnant, I plan to keep the baby. So my friends requested to follow him on instagram and comes to find out he has a girlfriend of like 6 years I didn’t know about cause he never posted about her. So I reached out to him telling him I’m pregnant and he continued to block me which is fine I can do this alone. I don’t need a man. But his gf reached out to him and I guess his gf saw and messaged my friend to find out what had happened between us. Cause she said she asked him and he denied everything so she wants to know. Should I tell her we were hooking up and I got pregnant or let her find out for herself some other way. So I don’t get in the middle of anything I told my friend not to messaged her back yet and wait.
