Never enough rest, 32 weeks exactly
Anyone else having trouble feeling rested no matter how much sleep you actually get? I go to bed and take a little bit of melatonin to help me doze off, but then I have to keep getting up in the night to go pee, which just exhausts me further since my sleep keeps getting interrupted. Even when I take naps during the day, I’m still exhausted after each nap. 😞
Going to sleep or dozing off isn’t really my issue, it’s getting quality rest that actually rejuvenates me for the next day.
