Honestly what is going on with me?!

I don’t really know where to post this so I’m posting it here.

I had a light bleed on the 11th April, period should have come 12th wasn’t a concern. Ok, periods come.. but the period was light, I normally have a medium to heavy flow with excruciating cramps, it usually starts light but then as the day progresses it gets heavy with clots (not big) noticeable little ones, that didn’t happen. Ok didn’t think anything of it maybe it’s because my pms were so strong that it lessened my period 🤷🏽‍♀️ who even knows lol. The light bleed lasted about 3 days maybe then went to brown then pink/red to brown again. 2 days after the bleeding stopped I had tinged pink discharge ok, that’s weird I’ve had that a couple times before my cycle is due… didn’t think too much into it. NOW! This is where the confusion comes into it

Bang on a week after the first day of the bleed so Monday 11th, Monday 18th my boobs started being sore, feeling full, heavy. Now this is weird, couple days later the mild cramps happened on and off. It’s now been 2 weeks since that has happened and nothing has changed, only thing that has is a little backache/back pain, with the sore, heavy, full breasts and mild cramping. I’m exhausting all avenues on what this could be. My pms normally happens 1 week before my cycle is due, not 1 week after it’s been. I decided to take a pregnancy test (a couple to be correct) and they’re all faint except one that says is 10miu. In my head I’m thinking if I am pregnant my lines would be so much darker by now? Am I right.. so it can’t be that because nothing is showing up as a BFP.

Has anyone else had something similar to this and found out what it was???

I called the doctors to request a blood test but they’ve given me an appointment of 2 weeks (4th May) but that’s only for a telephone appointment not for me to go get the bloods done 🙄 U.K. is ridiculous when it comes to stuff like this
