I need some advice

Has anyone ever gotten pregnant again by someone their family HATESSSSS! Like where they don’t even want you around him even tho y’all already have a baby together? 🤦🏽‍♀️ I confided in my family about a lot of things in my relationship that I wish I never did.. we started sneaking back messing with each other and now I’m pregnant again and don’t know HOW to tell my family!!

Has anyone ever been in this situation before? How did you get through it?!
