Anyone else experienced this before?

Anyone else experienced this before? This morning my husband had blurred vision for about 10 mins then confusion and headaches and tingling on his hands. Went to Urgent care near his work and they did EKG and ruled out heart attack. They also did physical exams to rule out stroke and he also passed that. They then took his blood for possible low blood sugar but that also came back normal. He’s better now but I was talking to a co worker and she said same exact thing happened to her husband a month ago. We’re thinking it could be related to covid? He has to set an apt to follow up with his primary doc but meanwhile I’m wondering if anyone else experienced this before?
