Round ligament pain???

Hey ladies, I am currently 19weeks pregnant with my second child. I do have round ligament pain, I had it before with my son, nothing unbearable. With this pregnancy I started nothing it a little earlier on, but now I have noticed it is quite tender. Today at my ultrasound when the tech was on the right side and pushing a bit I could feel an uncomfortable pain that spread to my hip. It’s a little sore now that I’m laying down, how can I help relieve this pain? I have a phone call tomorrow with my maternity clinic and I will discuss it then, but I was just wondering if anyone of you have experienced this before?
